Planet Shoes is a division of Planet Inc, a fast growing web based e-commerce retail company doing business primarily from the website planetshoes.com. Planet Shoes merchandizes and sells shoes and accessories to the general public. The company was recently recognized by INC magazine as the 3rd fastest growing privately held retailer in the country.

Our growing Customer Service department needs an additional associate to answer in bound phone calls, place and process orders, process returns, answer inquires via phone and email and provide friendly service to our customers. Friendly informal work space environment.

Monthly bonus based on company sales volume.

Requirements:


Very good verbal and written communications skills Enjoys speaking with customers in a helpful manner over the telephone. Desire to work in a team office environment Very reliable and punctual. Comfortable with basic computer operations and programs Flexible work schedule to accommodate rotating hours Some customer service experience required.
