Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems in a fast-paced, small business environment.
Company:
EOS Lighting LLC sells professional lighting equipment to the video, photographic and film industries across the country as well as internationally.
Duties:
* Attracts potential customers by answering general product and service questions and screening for sales department
* Opens and/or maintains customer records by recording and updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
