We're looking for people with talent and ambition, individuals who believe in customer service excellence and being the BEST in their field. POSITION SUMMARY: Call agents support our customers in a telephone environment by answering questions, demonstrating knowledge (that Sears provides!) on a wide variety of home products and services, routing calls to the appropriate support team, scheduling in-home repair service calls as needed, and offering various home-appliance related products and services.  Sales incentives are offered for certain positions. Our call center is open 7 days per week, 6am-9pm.  Various work schedules are available, and most include one weekend day as part of the normal schedule.  Upon hire, Sears offers a paid training program.   Full Benefits for 30+ hours/week schedules! BENEFITS!!!  Competitive pay rates - Check Us Out!
