What you'll need to bring: -- 1-2 years of customer facing experience in a service or retail environment -- Bachelor's Degree -- Willingness to work a full-time, flexible schedule within center hours from Monday-Saturday (2 evenings until 10pm) -- Open to starting a career with us in our high-volume Phone Contact Center to learn our business operations -- what we do, and how we do it (exactly what your parents tell you - "start from the ground up."
