General Summary:

 

The REO Real Estate Broker Advertising Sales Representative will be responsible for selling online advertising solutions to real estate agents on a national bases.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A successful track record of multimedia sales, with 1 to 3 years experience.   Understanding of real estate terminology, real estate experiences helpful Superior knowledge of the functionality and landscape of Internet advertising and Search Engine Marketing. Ability to clearly communicate and execute Internet marketing solutions appropriate to the advertising customers Enjoys building advertiser relationships while working in a collaborative sales environment Prefers working in a fast paced environment Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Internet terms Excellent written and verbal communication

RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact leads generated by website Identify new leads through researching real estate trade journals, trends, networking Maintain current accounts, limit cancellations Accountable for monthly sales and revenue targets Accountable for servicing accounts in assigned area of responsibility All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of advertising sales experience including a minimum of 1 year of online advertising experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, a related field or equivalent experience preferred.

SKILLS: Extensive knowledge of the Internet and Internet advertising Excellent presentation skills Strong organizational skills Motivated Self Starter Ability to prioritize and execute time management
