Job Summary:
We are currently seeking to fill a new position of Director, Inside Sales to lead and manage all Inside Sales activities within the j2 Global Communications, Inc. organization. The key objective being to achieve world-class sales levels across multi product solution sets and telesales teams. The Director will lead all customer touch points with teams in the US (Los Angeles) and India. The Inside Sales Director will not only direct all related efforts within the Inside Sales Call Center but will also play a key liaison role with the other functional areas that this team relies on including but not limited to sales operations, finance, IT, and marketing.

Job Duties:
· Lead the Inside Sales Teams short and long-term strategy as well as day to day operations
· Achieve overall inside sales objectives (sales conversion rate, Time to answer, creative program development, etc.)
· Making recommendations as to how existing processes can be improved to realize maximum team efficiency and effectiveness
· Manage the swift growth of the team to meet the increased sales demands generated by the j2 Global Marketing Team
· Achieve goals within an established expense budget
· Manage a team that includes 2 Managers and approximately 30+ inside sales representatives
· Collaborate with training manager on telesales training and communication skill improvement within the Call Center
· Collaborate with Human Resources and Executive Sales Management to manage change, growth plans, internal coordination, and issue resolution
· Coach, mentor, develop, and manage performance of staff in support of overall sales growth and customer satisfaction
· Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation/utilization across all team components
· Provide Team-wide highly visible leadership and communication skills
· Establish and maintain effective collaboration with front line organization

Job Requirements and Experience: 
· Minimum 5-7 years experience managing an entire telesales (inbound and outbound) call center or entire telesales team within a customer service call center
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with various departments and levels
· Proven thought leadership, strategy making and sales leadership (first and second level) experience.· Ability to build strong internal and customer focused relationships and work seamlessly within a matrix managed environment.

· Develop and drive business planning, marketing programs and goal attainment.

· Work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to understand, verbalize and sell technical solutions.
· Experience with Service based Solutions company preferred
· Strong problem solving skills
· Proven track record of team building and development
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Masters degree preferred
