YELLOWPAGES.COM is currently seeking a Director, Recruitment and Staffing. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director, Recruitment and Staffing leads and controls the recruitment functions across all areas of YELLOWPAGES.COM, inclusive of acquired and other affiliated companies. This position is responsible for the management of recruitment personnel, creating recruiting strategies and brand, managing applicant tracking systems and staffing processes, creating and measuring key recruitment and organizational metrics including headcount, vacancies, cost per hire, etc., as well as providing strategic organizational development input, and implementing appropriate programs. This position will maintain positive key stakeholder contacts with YELLOWPAGES.COM’s parent company and all of its various components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Director, Recruitment and Staffing will have primary responsibility for the following: Recruit, train and supervise Sr. Recruiters, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruitment Coordinators Create and manage recruitment programs and strategies, including vendor management, for all sales and non-sales positions Configure and manage Taleo applicant tracking system, including reporting of key metrics Supervise new hire onboarding processes including background checking, handling of right-to-work/visa issues, and assure compliance with labor law hiring practices and requirements Act as strategic Human Resources partner in issues related to organizational development, retention, competitive pay, training, and mergers and acquisitions Be primary interface to Corporate HR in the area of staffing and staffing related systems and processes such as Career Path, and other management and non-management programs Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have 8 or more years of Human Resources or business leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment leadership experience Experience supporting corporate, executive, sales, and engineering clients in a technology company is highly desired, with proven results, along with prior experience managing remote teams Strong HRIS and ATS systems experience is strongly desired Must travel up to 40% to sales offices in the 28-state coverage area. Strong communication, client and stakeholder management, and project management skills are required.
