Jobs are located in Glendale, CA, near downtown Los Angeles.Summary:Develops, builds and executes Sales Operations strategies to drive corporate initiatives across all markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Sales Operations initiatives from development to execution while ensuring alignment with Sales strategy and objectives. Support/Drive the effective implementation, adoption and ongoing use of online sales reporting tools. Create and manage all sales processes and supporting tools. Drive sales process/methodology improvements. Participate on cross functional process improvement teams; work with sales management to coordinate the implementation of process changes. Provide support and drive requirements for sales training. Document and share best practices and create environment for effective field communication. Drive sales forecasting, pipeline, account coverage, and territory planning processes.  Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct supervision of Local Sales Managers and Channel Manager. Qualifications: BA/BS degree, MBA preferred and minimum of 7+ years experience required. Demonstrated ability to develop, build and execute strategies with in the context of larger strategic goals. Ideal candidate has experience in Sales Management or Sales Operations in yellow page industry. Strong team management experience. Strong analytical skills and passion for sales operations and online yellow page market dynamics. Demonstrated capacity for developing Sales Operations strategies in online yellow page environment and client-facing environment. Expertise supporting and enabling a direct sales organization is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills and relationship management. Proven ability to manage multiple resources and initiatives in conjunction with changing and sometimes competing priorities. Strong business acumen, keen business analysis skills, and strong, mature judgment. Understanding of the search and online advertising market.
