Director of Sales and Marketing

DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

 

Marketing:

· Plan and manage all marketing events

· Develop and execute company advertising strategy

· Develop and implement marketing materials 

· Coordinate and develop PR materials

 

Responsibilities:  Manage a team of 5-10 sales people and two managers to achieve individual and group goals Grow sales team Develop and implement a business development strategy to grow prospects  Increase total revenue of initial sale  Increase total revenue of services sold to overall customer base Build an international sales team focused on EMEA and growing to APAC Oversee management of advertising network and grow revenue dramatically

Experience:2-4 years sales leadership experience with a demonstrated history of growth and success Previous marketing services experience with online marketing preferred  Technical services experience in selling technology solutions with preference to application solutions  Prior business development experience with history of sales funnel growth International sales experience a plus

Skills:Excellent presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
