Director of Web Design and Usability

Position Description:

Director of Web Design and Usability will be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals who are in charge of the overall user experience. The group will be responsible for graphics design, information architecture, user experience research and overall product usability. The Director of Web Design will lead the team by developing a strategy and process for user experience architecture & design, including wireframes, prototypes, usability testing and production of necessary assets for product development. Director will have a deep understanding of web development, design, information architecture and the ability to model user behavior patterns. Director will work closely with the product management to ensure all products are consistent with brand strategies and meet customer needs.
