Currently have several long term contracts for Dynamic Creative Developers with large namebrand Internet search company in Santa Clara, CA.

Fluent in Flash AS2 (nice to have for video ad formats AS3)

Creatives are flash-based (ideally also JavaScript)

Strong JavaScript coding skills

Standardized mechanisms for Flash creatives to accept dynamic elements

Display information including formatting/transformation (text, images, video, style sheet info)

Tracking (impressions, interaction, click redirects)

Deep-link click-through URLs

Creatives must take into consideration of ad unit rendering based on the dynamic data (i.e. string truncation)

Ability to take dynamic elements in both XML and JSON formats.

Use only Y! approved schemas Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming Experience with Rich Media expandable ad units (with potentially large number of offers i.e. 200)

Rendering performance (Y! Service Level Agreement)

Ability to code where final file size is a constraint

Experience with creative design/layout Final creatives must adhere to Y! file size policy
