Email Campaign Manager

Move also operates Welcome Wagon®, Moving.com, SeniorHousingNet™, TOP PRODUCER® Systems, FactoryBuiltHousing.com and Home Plans.  Email marketing plays a critical role in the successful achievement of marketing’s acquisition and retention/activation goals for the #1 Internet site in its category (10MM unique users/month). And the email campaign manager manages all aspects of coordinating, building, deploying, tracking and continuously improving email campaigns to consumer and business audiences.   Manage and coordinate the company-wide email marketing schedule and production process Develop cost and business impact forecasts for email channel campaigns Develop and work the “test and learn” roadmap identifying all areas for response and cost improvements; ensuring quantification of all test recommendations and results Continually optimize email marketing campaigns through proactively suggesting improvements on creative, messaging, testing and measurement; Work with marketers, database managers and email service providers to ensure data quality to support campaign execution and tracking Assist in establishing and ensuring adherence to contact management rules Assist in managing email vendor relationships Work cross-functionally to prepare campaign, division and company-wide email metric performance and ROI reporting Requirements:  3+ years of email marketing/development experience; other experience in direct/database marketing, customer relationship marketing a plus Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices Demonstrated understanding of Internet consumer behavior and direct marketing principles Demonstrated analytic skills and orientation toward quantification of results Strong organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail Vendor management experience Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines Experience in working with ESP/ASP tools or campaign management platforms a plus Demonstrated self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment A proven track record in establishing internal relationships and partnering within an organization to get the job done Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements Proficiency with Excel and MS Office software applications Move Inc. offers a fast-paced, dynamic work environment including a competitive salary and benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), vacation, and holidays.  Move believes in the power of diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
