Developed by an ethical team of Yale School of Management graduate students, lead by the ambition of CEO Brian Ortiz, the system has evolved into the most cost effective and competent way to obtain high ranking positions within the major search engines.

Our keyword analysis methods are likewise second to none as the development of our CDPâ„¢ System developed by Brian Ortiz has proven to be the most accurate way for any business to gain the lion's share of search engine exposure.
SEOMatrix is now entering its sixth year within the SEO industry. We are a young, rapidly growing and successful player in the SEO market. A market in which there is no sign of slowing down. In 2004, $5.75 billion was spent on internet advertising (SEO), with more sites being created and more business owners realizing the importance of a solid SEO campaign on a daily basis.Â

This position entails business to business selling of our core service which is search engine optimization. SEOMatrix supplies each representative leads that are warm and generated on site. Approximately 80% of your day will consist of phone contact with these prospects and clients. The remainder of your day will consist of web site based research, compiling presentations and proposals. The majority of your phone contact /conference calls will be with Presidents, CEOs, Marketing Directors, and various decision makers of small, mid-sized and larger companies.

This is a Full Time position (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm).

The ideal candidates will posses the following traits:
·         Exceptional listening ability

·         Critical thinking ability
·         Basic computer competence (Microsoft Office Suite)

Prior sales and/or internet experience is not necessary, but is preferred.Â
Meets marketing objectives to increase site traffic by developing, implementing, and evaluating Web-based sales, promotion, and customer service strategies.
Training
SEOMatrix offers a full training program to teach and refine the art of selling our particular service. For the first 16 weeks, candidates start as Appointment Setters learning their technique. After their 'ramp-up' period, they are assessed to see if they are ready to be promoted into a Sales Closer position.Â

The inside sales position consists of four forms of compensation:

A)     Variable Salary (not a draw – Paid Out Weekly)
B)Â Â Â Â Â Commission (20% Upfront Contracted Fees, 10% Residual Fees*, Paid Out Weekly)
C)Â Â Â Â Bonuses (Paid Out Weekly)
D)Â Â Â Â Employment Perks / Benefits

The Appointment Setter position consists of three forms of compensation:
    Â
    A) Hourly Rate (depending on experience)
    B) Commission (5% Upfront Contracted Fees, 5% Residual Fees*, Paid Out Weekly)
     C) Employment Perks/Benefits

[*Residual fees are paid out on a weekly basis and are given out as long as client is contracted with our organization. Typically a client signs an initial six-month agreement as a trial and then signs on a longer term agreement if they are satisfied with our work.]

Salary / Commission / Bonuses:
The variable salary, which is based on performance, increases or decreases depending on the performance of the associate (a full breakdown as to how the variable salary works will be available to discuss in depth for qualified candidates).
Below is an example of a typical compensation breakdown over the course of a full year:
Assuming: Our average client spends approximately $7,000 ($2,000 of which is an upfront fee and $1,000 of which is a residual monthly fee).
Competent sales associates land approximately forty sales within a one calendar year (some sales associates land more, while some land less).
Approximately one forth of a representative’s earnings will be from salary, one half earnings will be from commissions, and one forth earnings will be due to bonuses. The structure will look similar to

$18,000 Bonuses
Total = $90,000 Earnings for First Year 2008 = First Year Approximation.
