Description: Work on cross-category events and other customer-facing content. Write smart, witty content for cross-site events, promotions, and e-mails. Ensure that messaging is clear, accurate and customer-centric. Qualifications: Outstanding writing skills—you must be able to write clear, concise, engaging content in a variety of contexts. Creativity coupled with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Ability to think analytically and strategically about content—you should be comfortable measuring content performance in quantitative as well as qualitative forms. Strong detail orientation. Previous copyedit experience is a plus. Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action. Ability to work with people across multiple categories and functional areas, including technical teams. An ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.
