Field Service Manager

 

Summary:

 

This position will report to the Vice President of the Dealer Business Unit and will be responsibilities for consumer and dealer programs.  The position will be responsible for managing a field service group that manages store level accounts and drives revenue growth with existing dealer subscribers. 

 

As the Field Service Manager, you will:

 

Actively participate in managing the Dealer Business UnitManage field based service team of up to twenty representativesHiring, training, performance coaching and supporting

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

Experience managing a field based team in a sales, service or project capacityThree years event management, field sales or account management experience in the field, preferably in the retail automotive industry.  In-dealership experience is a plusExperience managing/retaining key Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skillsStrong organization skills, results focusedExperience working independently and in teams, managing and prioritizing multiple tasksExcellent computer skills (MS office, CRM applications, Dealer DMS and online inventory sites)
