About the Financial Analyst Opportunity

This highly visible position will provide insight and analysis on the financial performance of the business. The ideal candidate will leverage his or her skills in financial analysis to drive executive decisions and communicate with the highest levels of the organization and investors.

The Analyst will help design, monitor, and report on key performance metrics relating to revenue, sales pipeline, and new product releases. This person will work within cross-functional teams (Executive, Sales, Product Planning, Engineering, Finance, Legal), and will act as resident expert on compliance strategy, product requirements and business priorities. Additionally, the role will collaborate with Investor Relations on formal external communication and analyst inquiries.

Essential Job Duties:

• Report weekly on trends relating to financial performance of key accounts and initiatives to Leadership Team with commentary on major events and variance to Plan.

• Assist in monthly forecast process, including historical performance measurement and creation of forward looking projections.

• Support Board of Directors and Investor Relations communication.

• Keep abreast of industry and competitor trends.

• Act as primary contact to executives & decision makers to ensure industry compliance standards are met and new business opportunities fall within acceptable operating parameters.

• Work with search partners to understand ongoing monitoring criteria and proactively report distribution partner activities.

• Develop and maintain direct relationships with sales, account management and outside business partners.


Required Skills, Education & Experience:

• 2 years related business experience, preferably in a high tech industry.

• Excellent Excel skills required.

• Proficiency working across multiple data sources.

• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage the details while keeping an eye on the big picture.

• Solid presentation and communication skills.
