Reporting to the VP Global Finance, the candidate is responsible for providing consolidated financial analysis for budgets/forecasts, reporting, problem resolution and recommendations for improving financial performance. This is a high visibility role for someone skilled at driving and managing change!   Essential Functions:   · Conduct financial modeling on various aspects of the different sales channels, as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans · Lead financial analysis of operations by developing metrics weekly, monthly and annual reporting · Assist in the reporting of US budgets, forecasts and business analysis · Prepare high-quality communications and special presentations to senior executives, operational leaders and the sales force · Provide support in the monthly close process · Assist in development of strategic initiatives including financial targets, benchmarks, reporting and communications · Forge strong business partner relationships with senior sales and business leadership and assist them in driving improvements Qualifications: · BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related subject and 1-3 years analytical experience · Exceptional technical skills: MS Excel (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables), MS Access, Reporting, General Ledger Systems · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Able to work independently and comfortably in an environment with a high-level of ambiguity   There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to report to 5 Clock Tower Place, Maynard, MA on a daily basis.
