The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas. General Purpose:  To onboard and manage new subscription customers to First Research Online. Responsibilities: ·Transition new clients to relationship manager for renewal management·Successfully onboard new accounts by identifying user groups, providing industry specific training and registration assistance.·Manage accounts by industry specialty and ensure renewal rates stay above specified % by industry·Ensure all customer service issues have a timely and professional response·Find new business opportunities for revenue and upsell accounts. ·(Develop relationships and create value with customer administrators and advocates; provide and document thorough needs analysis and understanding of customer aspirations.  III.
