Fraud Prevention Manager, US T&S

Description:Represent US Trust and Safety perspective and guide requirements on fraud and risk management initiatives. Work closely with cross functional business partners to align on product and goals. Contribute to and assist with US verification strategy and implementation. Perform vendor analysis, coordinate with Paypal, CS, technology and global TnS teams on implementation. Contribute to and assist with implementation of US TnS risk management metrics framework. Identify business risk challenges, innovate solutions and facilitate implementation. Participate in the analysis of situation or data with big picture vision of relevant factors. Foster relationships with functional groups within eBay and Paypal, coordinate efforts with global peers for most cost-efficient and effective implementation of goals. Deliver results measured against proposals. Quantify results in terms of net present value/cost savings and impact on key operating metrics.Qualifications: Bachelors degree, 2-3 years of experience with eBay fraud Comprehensive understanding of the eBay site and its features. Detailed knowledge of eBay fraud policy and systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented, able to handle multiple complicated tasks and meet deadlines.
