SUMMARY:

 

The position of Fulfillment Tech/Shipping Clerk supports the daily staging, configuration, shipment, inventory, tracking and reporting of CPE used for Installations and RMA Replacements and will include router configuration in peak times.

 

 Experience:ü  1-3 years of shipping and receiving experienceü  Background in WAN/LAN preferredü  2 years of experience in a customer service oriented environmentü  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Accessü  Ability to lift up to 30 LBSü  Ability to type 40 WPM

 

Duties Include:

o  Ships outgoing materials, products, or supplies in a timely manner ensuring that the quantity shipped is accurately recorded, required documentation is in place and the method of shipment is in accordance with the requirements of customer order.

o  Fulfillment tasks as needed, including configuration of Cisco and Cisco type CPEs.

o  Prepares shipping and receiving reports for accurate daily tracking

o  Posts Shipping notifications to the corporate OSS

o  Receives incoming materials, products, or supplies ensuring that items and quantities received have been accurately recorded on the accompanying packing slip

o  Process shipping return labels for returned and RMA’d equipment

o  Receives, unloads, delivers, and/or unpacks incoming shipments.

o  Tracks non-inventoried equipment and reports to manager when stocks are low

o  Maintain neat and orderly packing room

o  Performs other job related duties as requested by manager.

 

Desired Attributes:ü  Analytical problem solving skillsü  Experience with Cisco routersü  Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize work load and the ability multi-task successfully is required.  Candidate should have very strong communication skills both oral and written.  Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment is critical.ü  We desire an energetic, hard working and highly motivated individual, requiring little supervision and self motivatedü  Prefer college/technical school graduate or some collegeü  Availability to work flexible hours including 2nd or 3rd shift if required
