Job is located in Minneapolis, MN.General Sales Manager, Premise SalesThis position reports directly to the Area Vice President, Local Premise Sales. The GSM will be responsible for managing all aspects of Local Sales office including but not limited to the direct supervision of District Sales Managers as well as Account Managers Duties may include but are not limited to the following:  Responsible for developing and managing a team of District Sales Managers in an effort to maximize revenue. Responsible for managing local sales campaign development, identifying target territories and performance measures. Responsible for observing daily sales activities and coaching employees to optimize sales results. Design developmental plans and provide guidance and support while developing District Sales Managers skills by participating in performance reviews, team meetings, preparation, planning reviews and post contract analysis.
