Our objective is to create solutions that allow people to work and communicate in new and innovative ways - giving back to the world's technical community whenever we can.The role: Compliance Program ManagerWe are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong skills in technical program management, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship management to coordinate the design and remediation efforts associated with SOX, PCI, SAS 70, and similar compliance efforts within engineering. As Engineering Compliance Program manager, you will collaborate with Audit and multiple engineering teams to analyze, define, and verify current and future control solutions to ensure corporate compliance as well as drive the execution of remediation plans. Among your many attributes you are technologically savvy, ridiculously detail oriented, persuasive, and pragmatic.Responsibilities: Identify and assess with Internal Audit IT-related risks and control weaknesses within existing and emerging systems. Coordinate with engineering and Internal Audit remediation of identified weaknesses and gaps by advising on compliance related requirements, assist in identifying appropriate options, and developing remediation plans for chosen solutions. Develop reports to track overall issue status and drive the coordination of remediations. Measure and improve current processes, designs, and tools to facilitate increased efficiency. Develop and deliver presentations providing internal training on compliance matters.Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems with solid technical implementation experience (advanced degree and/or security experience a plus). Minimum of 5 years project/program management within an internet services or IT-related field. Experience with the standards, controls, and processes associated with at least two of the following compliance domains: SOX 404/302, PCI-DSS, GLBA, FSA, and SAS 70 (risk management experience a plus). Ability to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently while maintaining the flexibility to adjust plans as needed. Strong leadership and project/program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop relationships at all levels, and influence without direct authority. Keen situational awareness of knowing when to go deep and when to skim the surface.
