Your calling is calling! The HR Alliances team focuses on two key things: 1. Increasing the job seeker and employer value of existing Monster products and services (e.g. job postings and resume search). 2. Launching new alliance related products and services that provide tremendous value to job seekers and employers (e.g. 3rd party integrations). The Position: While in this role your primary focus will be to both establish new alliance relationships with key HR vendors, as well as manage existing partnerships. The goal is to work with both our partner and internal teams to build the best and most efficient Monster integrated posting/sourcing solutions out there. The end result will allow employers to post jobs and search resumes more efficiently, and allow job seekers to easily find their dream job while seamlessly posting their resume on Monster. Reporting to the Director of Global Alliances, you will work collaboratively with sales management, customers, and cross-functional teams across Monster to drive continuous growth and customer satisfaction for all Alliance partner products. Essential Functions: The focus of the Alliance Manager is to increase job seeker and employer value through key Alliance relationships. Each Alliance Manager plays a front line leadership role through: Key Vendor Management – Establish new alliance relationships while managing existing partners. Work closely with the Director of Global Alliances to determine the goals for each alliance relationship. Knowing your players – Collaborate with a cross functional team internally, as well as partner resources to deliver the goals indicated for each alliance and ensure customer satisfaction. Determining your process – Create your day-to-day process of engaging with all existing alliance members to ensure that communication is constantly available to close business and resolve customer issues. Understand each alliance member’s suite of products and align with their business strategy. Efficient time management – Craft your ability to manage multiple concurrent global projects, negotiate contracts, and develop sales and marketing incentives to maximize sales of the integrated solutions. Acting as an evangelist – Develop a compelling story about the power of each alliance so that you can communicate with great excitement internally, externally, and to SR. MGMT. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years product/project management experience Minimum 3 years of Vendor management experience Knowledge of the HR industry - is a plus! Business Acumen – effective at working with vendors at the executive level Project Management – this is a key dependency for the success of Monster’s Partnership Program. Relationship Management Skills - able to effective resolve issues with other vendors and internal resources. Internal Advocacy Skills - can use influential power because direct power is not available, excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, independent worker with entrepreneurial passion High-energy, positive attitude, competitive spirit and a zeal to win Excellent communication skills – written and oral College graduate required, MBA preferred Travel – 20 to 30% of time Monster is the preeminent destination for career and life management.
