Provide support to Sr. SVP of Engineering and his staff of VPs and Directors, and organization of approximately 500 employees to deliver company-wide initiatives and programs such as annual performance reviews, talent planning, and employee surveys. Other responsibilities include coaching managers on employee-related issues, program communications and implementation, training and development, company policy and process interpretation, partnering with client groups to help drive and support organizational and corporate initiatives. Role also includes some level of tactical responsibilities such as working with HR functions to process and complete employee transactions or escalations.

Additional Skills:



Strong Employee Relations experience and knowledge of work/labor Fed and Calif laws. Strong customer service and follow up skills, experience working with all levels of the organization, balance both strategic/org'l and transactional responsibilities.



Hire Details:



Looking for a sr. hr business partner with at least 7 years of direct hr business partner experience, has worked in the high tech / software / internet industry, and has had direct experience supporting an engineering organization of over 400 employees.
