Hire Plan Manager

Description:Work closely with Global Hire Plan Manager and Budget team to ensure meeting monthly and quarterly HC targets. Develop HC requirements for eBay NACS Operations. Complete analysis to determine the HC impact of changes to key driver assumptions (eg. New growth, contact rate changes due to technology improvements, etc.) eBay NACS point of contact (POC) for hire plan summarization and communication. Manage the eBay North America Customer Support (NACS) hire plans. Coordinate with NACS human resources, recruiting and the business units regarding hiring needs. Reporting - produce key reports including monthly variance report, budget impact of hiring plan. Attrition analysis, reporting, forecasting and modeling. HC Reporting and SAP Reconciliation – provide weekly snapshot of current HC from the employee table. Complete a monthly reconciliation of SAP headcount with the local employee table to ensure accuracy and integrity of all HC files. Manage to Approved HC Targets - compile and maintain the NACS hiring plan. This includes approving all NACA job reqs in accordance with the approved quarterly target. Present recommendations that improve hire plan process, minimize an expense, and/or generate an increase in revenue to the company. Quantify all findings and recommendations through the use of mathematical modeling, and Statistical Process Control techniques. Establish relationships with other managers throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on impacts of process, policy and product changes. Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Ensure reliability and scalability of all headcount models. Experience using workforce management software to improve forecasting and scheduling functions preferred. Examples of software are (Blue Pumpkin, IEX, Pipkins, eWFM (formally TCS), Aspect). In addition, strong background in excel, access, etc.Posses direct call center/contact center experience. (Multi Site preferred) .Maintain acceptable level of job discretion. MBA or CPA preferred1. Four or more years experience in corporate finance/accounting department or four or more years of experience in managing the HC planning an reporting, capacity planning ideally in a Customer Support or Service environment in a mid to large size organization.2. Four or more years experience with process reengineering and cost analysis. 3. Quick learner, intuitive, creative thinker. Effective balance of strategic vision and tactical execution. 4. Two years experience with organizational development, product strategy, process reengineering and cost analysis. 5. Customer communication experience (Email, Chat & Phone).6. Proven experience with organizational development, product strategy, process reengineering and cost analysis.7.
