Job Description:Supports HCTRA IT and Revenue Collections in ensuring data produced by toll information systems are validated.Audits information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security.Evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss.Assists in purchasing equipment related to technology.Determines and recommends improvements in current risk management controls and implementation of system changes or upgrades.Incumbent should be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Requirements:Bachelors Degree and 4 to 6 years professional experience in Information Systems, including, but not limited to, design, management, and integration of major Information Systems applications.Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above and/or certifications may be substituted on a year-to-year basis for the required college education.CISA Certification a plus.Typing and computer skills required to perform position functions.Knowledge of auditing principles, employed by information technology systems analysts, such as those recommended by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.Knowledge of principles and techniques of network systems architecture, database design and implementation, fiber-optic technology, IT systems integration, and related IT subjects.Knowledge of basic research techniques and applications.Ability to write and/or edit coherent, interesting copy.Ability to select and provide appropriate information to others.Ability to act as a spokesperson.Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple and ongoing work assignments.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
