In this high profile Implementation Associate role, you can finally let your passion for client interaction shine! You will lead implementations as the program manager on multi-discipline client teams to deploy the LivePerson solution across enterprise customers. As you manage the complete project lifecycle, from deployment to launch to optimization, clients will look to you for recommendations and leadership. You will delight in the fruits of your labor as you make an impact for a wide-range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a candidate with a few years of experience under their belt, to begin as an Associate with our company, work with a variety of clients, and grow into a Consultant role within one to two years, where you would be solely responsible for larger, more complex accounts.

Based out of your private home office on the West Coast, your primary mission as an Implementation Associate will be to fit the LivePerson solution into new clients' environments. Outstanding communication skills and a talent for handling multiple projects at one time will ensure your success. The project lifecycle begins once we have signed on a new client with a meeting between you and the client to better understand their needs and requirements. Your strong understanding of website design and eCommerce platforms will come into play as you evaluate their online image to begin developing an implementation strategy for a seemless integration and delivery.. Having strong technical acumen will serve you well as you partner with our engineering team on system integration testing and technical deployment . After the launch you will lean heavily on your analytics as you analyze the customer data and capture customer feedback. This role will give allow you the opportunity to work with a variety of amazing companies and make a true impact for their bottom line.
