Implementation/Integration Specialist (IIS-001)

The IIS will be responsible for all phases of customer implementations as well as for resolving customer issues related to healthcare and financial transactions. IIS is required to manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. IIS will maintain frequent voice and email contact with assigned customers and will serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts their success. IIS will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in sales, contracting and technical operations. IIS will be required to develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers.


Responsibilities: Complete implementations in an effective, expedient mannerIdentify requirements, understand workflow and conduct detailed data analysisDeliver end-user training that drives adoption and satisfactionRespond to direct customer inquiries and cases assigned by supervisorPerform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions, and suggest appropriate workaroundsSubmit high quality solutions for development of knowledge base

Experience / Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing position with a software or other technology-based companyExperience in end-user software training is preferredKnowledge of healthcare billing and management applications is preferredBachelors DegreeMinimum 3.0 GPA
