As an Indirect Sales Manager with Clearwire, you will lead the effort to develop and expand market presence for Clearwire services by identifying and establishing productive and successful partnerships with small local retailers. You and your team will provide on going marketing support, product trainings and relationship management for Clearwire Authorized Resellers. We value the contribution of our partners, reward their achievements, and promote from within.Job Responsibilities: • Develop overall business plan to achieve channel performance goals.• Successfully recruit, develop and motivate a team of indirect account executives.• Manage the overall monthly performance of Clearwire Authorized Representatives within your market.• Drive marketing support, product trainings, relationship management and performance tracking for all Clearwire Authorized Representatives.• Identify new market opportunities for expanded distribution channels.• Assist in the management of national partner relationships.Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of indirect sales management experience focused on new account generation.• Experience identifying, recruiting, training and managing indirect channel relationships with small/local retailers.• Previous success in meeting sales objectives with documented results/achievements.• Excellent relationship building skills with strong customer service follow-up, solid training and influencing skills.• Accustomed to managing daily/weekly activity guidelines.• Experience managing dealer contracts and working with the dealers to resolve conflicts with other sales channels.• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, unstructured work environment.• Strong prospecting skills and abilities - established professional network in local community preferred.• Effective, professional communication and presentation skills.• Exhibits enthusiasm, high energy and a tremendous work ethic.• Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening and weekend events.• Knowledge of wireless, data communications, voice and telecommunications technology preferred• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.Other• Clearwire Indirect Account Executives must travel locally to visit Authorized Representatives, therefore must have a valid driver’s license.• All applicants must pass background and drug screen test.
