Interactive Designer

We are currently looking for an Interactive Designer who will be responsible for working with the guidance of the Art Director on ad technology platforms, designing, and executing creative rich media solutions for top clients to be published on the public internet.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Design rich media PointRoll advertising units, sometimes with minimal to extensive assets

  and direction

  Develop designs into clean, working Flash and HTML

  Effectively work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlappif deadline as they

  arise.

  Work with other team members to develop original solutions/ideas as they are necessary

  Perform other job-related duties as required.

  Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.



 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

 

  Comfortable with writing and manipulating action script, optimizing animation methods, squeezing the most out of .swfs in the least amount of bytes

  Basic Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and brand adherance

  Creative thinking abilities and conceptual skills

  Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and solve complex problems

  Ability to work in fast paced environment.

  Working knowledge of video technology

  Strong production art skills

  Strong attention to detail

  Strong organizational skills

 

 Computer & Software Experience:

 

  Extensive experience designing, developing, and animating in Macromedia Flash

  Excellent understanding of Action Script

  Working with HTML in a text editor

  Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Type Manager experience

 

Education & Professional Experience:

 

  Bachelor's degree (or higher)

  At least 3 years experience designing and developing online/offline creative for industry leading clients
