Interactive Marketing Senior Leader

The Company:

cMarket, Inc. is located in Cambridge near Red Line MBTA station and bus routes, the company is a funded, venture-backed start-up now in its 5th year.  The team is comprised of motivated staff driven to ensure the company’s success and take advantage of the opportunity that a fast moving company creates. The Position:

Reporting to the senior Marketing executive this position is responsible for the following:

·        Strategic development and management of lead generation efforts including:

·         Search Marketing – both SEO and SEM

·         Website Management – includes multiple sites directed at B2B and B2C audiences

·         Partner and Affiliate programs

·        Social Media Management  - both B2C and B2B targets

·        Overall reporting and interpretation of activity and trends across channels and campaigns

·        Contributing to the creation and implementation of marketing programs targeting existing prospects and clients

 



 

Required Skills, Abilities and/or Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience

·        10 years+ of experience in Marketing roles, a majority in Interactive and Direct Marketing positions

·        Management/supervisory experience preferred

·        Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment

·        Deep analytic and data manipulation skills

·        Orientation around working toward goals and being driven by key metrics

·        Strong presentation skills

·        Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule

·        Excellent cross-team collaboration, communication and organizational skills
