Interactive Web Designer

Primary responsibilities include working in a team environment to design and create Photoshop comps and Flash files to support promotional content for online campaigns, marketing components, and newsletters.

Qualifications Experience in information design, interaction design and interface conventions for web applications Flash experience as it applies to interactive and motion design (ActionScript skills a must) Strong sense of web design style, color, layout, and typography Strong understanding of image optimization for the webKnowledgeable in web integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript etc.) Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated and a team player Able to manage workflow and deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have online portfolio

Experience / Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts Minimum of 2-3 years experience in designing web sites with interactive elementsSolid experience in user-centered design processes and usability principles Proficient in web design and established software tools: CS3 Suite, and Microsoft Suite
