One of the largest and fastest growing Dating Web Sites is looking for experienced online marketers, affiliate managers, and media buyers. You must be comfortable making over 50 cold calls a day, committed to gaining new clients, and have demonstrated experience buying or selling internet advertising, prospecting, and managing online advertising campaigns. You must have at least 2 years experience buying or selling online advertising on a cpm, cpc, and cpa basis.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect for new affiliates and places to advertise
• Handle incoming leads
• Manage existing affiliate accounts
• Manage & Optimize existing online advertising campaigns
• Hit target revenue quota (quarterly)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience buying or selling online advertising
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to network over the telephone, through emails, and in person.
• Must have strong negotiation skills
• Bachelors Degree
