Internet Researcher

CJ Walsh Group is seeking a part-time Internet Researcher to join our energetic, hard-working team!

Responsibilities include:

 Providing a continuous flow of qualified candidates from various sources including: job boards, networking groups, industry lists, internal and external databases, referrals, competitors, search-engine optimization techniques, newspapers, and any other creative means. Developing the 'researcher' role, including documenting what works and mapping out your plan for success.Working closely with the recruiting team to gain a solid understanding of what our client's needs are, and develop research and sourcing process techniques that will provide top talent for the client's specific needs. Gain industry knowledge in our field of Property & Casualty Insurance to understand where and how to attract the passive candidate.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

 Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills The ability to work independently or in a team environment Self-motivation with strong time-management skillsExperience utilizing websites such as: Linked In, Jigsaw, Face book, Monster, Career Builder, etc. Strong internet searching capabilities A sense of urgency, a high energy level and a strong ambition to be successfulAbility to coordinate multiple search efforts/projects at one time
