Job Overview:

 

Work with Marketing, Creative Services, Merchandising, and Operations to grow sales and profit generated from all SFS sites.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

 Maximize web sales through the in-depth use of web analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics.

 Develop, coordinate and execute email campaigns that support the brand and generate additional profitable sales.

 Profit and Loss analysis.

 Identify, investigate, recommend and implement internet advertising opportunities to generate traffic and sales.

 Web content management, develop content pages to provide customers with a better shopping experience and improve search engine performance.

 Develop link exchange program.

 Daily site management, maximizing sales and profit through proper product placement on the site.

 Site usability, work with operations and web developer to optimize the usability of the website(s).

 Search engine optimization.

 Manage Affiliate programs.

 Use basic html to attach tracking tags and measurement tools.

 Testing – A/B testing on web site.

 Manage Pay per Click program.

 Measure and improve web pages effectiveness.

 Measure and improve landing page effectiveness.

 Measure and improve shopping cart performance.

 Increase offline to online conversion of customers.

 Manage web upsells and cross-sells through knowledge of customers and products.

 

Education and Experience:

 A minimum of 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in B2C and direct response is required.

 Proven experience with e-commerce web site, search engine optimization and web analytics tools.

 BS/BA degree in marketing, computer science or equivalent field.

 

Computer Skills:

 Basic knowledge of HTML, Cold Fusion, SQL.

 Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office software.

 

Other Skill and Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

 Able to relate to all levels of management.

 Ability to multi-task.

 Project management experience a plus.
