Help develop for performance and scaling and monitor and tune applications during testing and live deployment.- Protect and improve the production environment. Identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities, provide root cause analysis.- Work with internal engineers and external vendors to provide the best development and deployments.- Identify and communicate performance and scalability risks and recommend solutions.- Analyze and troubleshoot issues and look for full-system improvements from architecture through development and testing.- Meet aggressive performance and scalability goals to address explosive user growth and emergence of new technologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science. - Proven experience with complex, high-traffic web applications. Excellent analytical skills- Strong written and oral command of the English language.- Knowledge of sports.- Strong teamwork and communication skills.Experience:- 5+ years experience with deployment of Java applications in high-traffic web environments.- Deep experience with the Linux operating system and system software for Linux environments.- Experience with Jboss and Apache Tomcat webservers.- Experience with networking a big plus.- Knowledge of Oracle and SQL a big plus.- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE: http://www.fimcareers.com
