Looking for an Exceptional Business Analyst

CPO Commerce is a rapidly growing e-commerce company with 15 branded, online outlet stores in the home improvement category.  We sell everything from power tools to water heaters to vacuums to compressors.  Each of our stores is focused on a specific brand and has its own site, merchandising strategy, promotions, email campaigns, etc.  We founded the company four years ago and have doubled every year since, attracting and developing a team of extraordinarily dedicated and talented individuals.

We are looking for an exceptional business analyst to work closely with the company’s management team, helping to identify, analyze and assess operational initiatives that can contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.  On any given day, our business analyst could be researching potential business development opportunities, analyzing the effectiveness of different promotions, or assessing our cost structure to identify profit improvement opportunities. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing, sales, accounting and merchandise teams, thus gaining a broad understanding of the business as a whole.  The business analyst’s performance will be assessed by monitoring the concrete impact s/he has on revenue, cost, and operational efficiency.
