Position Overview

 NameMedia is seeking a web-savvy  Marketing Communications Associate to play a critical role building and managing programs to drive traffic and develop the BuyDomains.com and Afternic.com brand .  NameMedia has a comprehensive online marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, paid media and partnerships and this role will be responsible for developing and optimizing the marketing investment to meet traffic KPIs and optimize paid media.  This role will also be responsible for developing and communicating consistent product and brand messages in all marketing programs. 

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years in web based marketing with a proven track record of managing and measuring an online marketing campaign. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, detailed execution and superb project management skills. -Paid media planning, negotiation, and execution

-Develop and produce advertising, press releases and on-site marketing (podcasts, webinars)

-Keyword and SEO program management and optimization

-Messaging development for existing and new products

-Development of marketing materials to support lead generation and CRM system

-Budget management and ROI metrics

-Create and execute marketing programs for trade shows

Requirements

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills

· Demonstrated experience in managing advertising partners – online and offline

· Experience in tracking and measuring web-based lead delivery initiatives

· Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics

· 2+ years managing SEO and SEM programs

· Ability to direct and manage creative development

· Strategic thinker with a strong executional focus

Candidates with experience in a fast paced, emerging growth company environment preferred.  The role requires flexibility and a self-starter approach.  To succeed in this role, the Marketing Communications Associate must be “hands on” and comfortable working in a fast paced “results-oriented” culture.
