Maintenance Product Manager

Monster’s Global Core Seeker team is the place for you!   We’re looking for a Product Manager eager to jump in and help us improve and enhance our site experience, globally.   Essential Functions:   Work with product managers and business owners globally to determine scope of maintenance releases Collaborate with information architecture, technology and UI/UX groups to understand feasibility and constraints of potential functionality and features Write functional documentation which are clearly understood by technology and address the business objectives including use cases, process/workflow, error messages and interface specifications when necessary Perform User Acceptance Testing and work closely with Product Management, Development and QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure fixes and new functionality are understood and properly tested Manage the prioritization of the production bug process and provide product support to technology and QA Analyze site metrics post implementation for conversion, user behavior patterns and customer feedback across Monster products to determine the impacts of new features or defects Identify new and innovative ways to utilize data to optimize the site, ultimately supporting the corporate goals and product roadmap strategies Qualifications:   Minimum 3 years experience with 2+ years of e-commerce/website product development in a fast paced environment required Strong technical aptitude.  Demonstrate the ability to understand the business consequences of technical decisions Self starter with strong desire to become a subject matter expert Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving abilities Must possess a passion for the customer and breakthrough opportunities and results Ability to use defect ticketing systems and query databases Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team cross functionally and globally Ability to influence key stakeholders for decision making High standard of excellence with a positive, energetic attitude Bachelor’s Degree preferred Highly Desired:   Experience managing site defect processes Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle Strong knowledge of software and internet technologies Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing principles is a plus Customer Service or Customer Helpdesk experience is a plus Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
