Company is a leading, global data collection agency specializing in international healthcare/ medical/pharmaceutical Market Research.  Company provides full service online, telephone, large CATI studies and qualitative services worldwide.  The US HQ is located in NYC.   The Operations Manager/Sr. Manager will have multiple direct reports in the areas of:-Field Management and Data collection-Project Management-Panel Management-Recruiting-Programming Requirements: -3-10 years of experience in operations with a data collection MR agency, phone center, or on-line data collection service.-Experience managing direct reports-Strong knowledge of field work operations, data collection, project management, & panel recruiting-Bachelors Degree-Positive attitude, passion for the industry and willingness to grow Strongly PreferredMedical, or Pharmaceutical industry market research experience in a similar company is strongly preferred. Send resume in WORD format to mergis-toledo@mergisgroup.com along with a daytime phone number.
