Respond to lead inquiries as needed. Maintain daily lead log and create weekly reports. Maintain call-in log, pre-qualify sales leads and distribute accordingly. Act as Receptionist for breaks, lunch and vacation where needed. Provide ad-hoc reporting. Research transactions as required. Investigate customer related issues as required. Participate in special projects as needed. QUALIFIED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Expert level experience in maintaining and preparing Excel spreadsheets. 2-5 years experience in a Sales Department preparing sales reports. 2-5 years experience in a telephone service position. Attention to detail. Ability to review sales contracts for accuracy. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Customer Service skills with external and internal customers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in an administrative support capacity. Excellent communication skills. See Job Description
