Jupiterimages provides photos and other graphic images electronically while JupiterWeb is the online media division of Jupitermedia.

Jupitermedia Corporation is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant/ Customer Service Representative in our Darien, CT office. This person will handle customer service functions including providing product information and resolving complaints for the JupiterOnlineMedia Marketing Department.

Software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Position also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

 

Responsibilities:

 Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products via phone and emailHandle and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate calls to be handled by other departmentsSupport the marketing department with various functionsAssist with trade show and event planning and registrationHandle invoicing, refunds, chargebacks for e-commerce products

 

Qualifications:

 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet (ability to learn new programs quickly)Strong verbal and written communication skillsCollege Degree Preferred
