Title: Marketing Business Analyst

What You’ll Do: The Marketing Business Analyst will support the Merchant Strategy Team, and partner extensively with Merchant Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Merchant Operations, as well as regular Executive Management interaction.

The incumbent will manage and grow Bill Me Later’s discount and non-discount fee revenue, optimize funding for new marketing programs, and prepare and track analytics and performance. The Marketing Business Analyst will stay abreast of competitive pricing trends (bankcard, alternative payments, private label), recommend competitive responses when appropriate, and educate and communicate those trends and initiatives to Management, Sales and Operations. Additionally, the candidate will provide input to new pricing systems, design and implement promotional pricing and marketing programs, develop competitive analyses, pricing policy and strategies for new products.

This is accomplished by: (1) working extensively with merchant-facing teams to ensure account-level and program-level profitability; (2) preparing pricing comparisons, revenue plans, and offers for Bill Me Later’s high visibility merchant accounts.

What You’ll Need To Bring:

· Bachelor’s Degree is required (Business, Finance or Economics); MBA preferred

· Minimum 5 years experience in financial services industry within Marketing and/or Finance

· Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills working in fast-paced environment

· Excellent strategic thought leadership and comfort working with fluid problems

· Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence others

· In-depth ability to strategize, think creatively and innovatively, and make solid decisions

· Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks; strong project management skills

· Superior communication skills both oral and written
