That's the energy and excitement behind Amazon. Marketing Manager, Amazon Associates We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to help grow the Amazon Associate program. This position will support a Sr. Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of customer acquisition and loyalty marketing campaigns as well as customer service, training and education. This position will contribute to all aspects of our campaigns including creative development, scheduling, campaign set up, reporting, and analysis, and will coordinate with technology, legal, finance, and retail teams. This is a dynamic job ideal for a smart self-starter with an interest in technology who wants to be involved in marketing from the ground up in a high visibility program at the world’s largest internet retailer. Key Responsibilities Support Sr. Marketing Manager in strategic planning for 2008 marketing roadmap Drive education and awareness of Associates program through training and onsite presence at domestic and international events and conferences Work across multiple teams including public relations, outbound marketing, and product development, to execute broad based marketing programs. Execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, direct mail etc.) for retail, international and domestic Associates initiatives Serve as primary contact for internal retail teams and international product teams to coordinate marketing programs for  Amazon Associates Develop and maintain Associates community presence to drive program engagement Manage customer service of Associates program including external community forums, Associates message boards, RCX and fraud to improve Associates customer experience BA/BS and min. 4-5  years relevant experience Strong direct marketing background (email campaign execution preferred) Solid knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Solid quantitative/analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Specifically, the ability to analyze data to determine key findings and identify next steps Clear understanding of the Affiliate Marketing channel and ability to use and demonstrate our products to customers Strong time management ability; ability to maintain and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail Self starter, entrepreneurial attitude Customer-focus
