Job Description:
Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing & managing traffic growth. Majority focus will be on executing low-cost ad traffic deals to drive traffic to the Crave Online sites, then to use data analysis to optimize and maximize growth while minimizing cost.
Secondary duties will include using news engines, blogs, forums, and message boards to seed best editorial content across the web to drive traffic and build the Crave Online fan base.
Responsibilities:
- Research & Negotiate low-cost media buys
- Manage on-going relationships with publishers
- Produce ad creatives & copy
- Coordinate creative assets for publishers
- Optimize campaign performance
- Work with editorial to promote best content across web
- Provide detailed reporting & analysis
- Supply long-term media buying strategies
Required Skills and Proficiency Levels:
- 2+ years experience in online account management and/or media planning preferred
- In-depth knowledge and web & web technologies
- ComScore, Google Analytics, Trackingsoft, etc.
- Experience with content-oriented CPC and CPM deals
- Software applications: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint required
- Superb Communication Abilities, Negotiation Skills, Organization, Problem Solving Capabilities, Assertive Nature
