Marketing Manager, National Channel Support

Be a part of a dynamic team that shares a passion for making YELLOWPAGES.COM even better for the millions of consumers and local businesses that rely on it daily.  This Marketing Manager, National Channel Support works within the Product Marketing organization, on the Channel marketing team, and will be the product marketing subject matter expert in support of the expanded national sales channel.RESPONSIBILITIES:  Liaison with national channel management. Facilitate feedback to product marketing team on customer and sales needs. Serve as resident subject matter expert on product, value story, and other marketing initiatives in support of national sales. Facilitate removal of product, operations, and other obstacles on behalf of national sales. Work closely with product marketing product development/management teams to insure seamless rollout of products and enhancements. Serve as subject matter expert on advertiser value story, including investigating and resolving customer inquiries.  QUALIFICATIONS:  BA/BS degree; MBA preferred. 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing. Must be aggressive, personable. Quick-to-learn, self-starter approach with motivation to grow a business and advance own career. Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and with external clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team environment. Willing to travel 50% plus. Be either based in our Glendale headquarters or able to travel one week per month to our headquarters.
