We connect advertisers' brand messages to their target audience through innovative, precise and accountable online marketing solutions whose reach can extend around the world.The role: Media Programs Development AssociateIn this role you'll develop a deep understanding of the needs and mindsetof advertisers and agencies and develop compelling media plans, advertising programs and sales materials. You'll play a proactive role in identifying new Sales programs and advertising product opportunities to provide the Google Sales force with a robust set of offerings and drive revenue. More specifically, you'll develop media plans based on audience demographics and psychographics that cross-sell and bundle YouTube, the Content Network and other Google media products. This requires you to serve as a liaison with the YouTube product team in the conception and creation of new products and sponsorship opportunities, which includes developing points of view to help shape the new offerings and maximize revenue.Responsibilities:Help the Google Sales force act proactively by planning and managing sales program roll-out schedules.Develop media plans and sales presentations and act as an expert in support of Sales efforts.Create compelling programs in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) from agency and advertiser clients.Coordinate with the Ad Operations team in the development of refined targeting products and associated sales support materials.Manage sponsorships and programs in coordination with the Account Management team.Qualifications:BA or BS degree, preferably from a leading institution.At least 3+ years of experience in media and marketing at an ad agency or media company.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends and applicable software tools.Strong oral, writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.Exceptional budget management, negotiation and organizational skills.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: San Bruno, CAJob Number: RUSAGLE2123-593695Company Profile:Founded in February 2005, YouTube is the leader in online video, and the premier destination to watch and share original videos worldwide through a Web experience.
