Mid-Market Representative – Staffing Field Sales   Mid-Market Representatives manage and grow a sales territory, made up of mid sized staffing firms, by acting as a strategic sales professional, in developing solutions that help our clients grow their businesses, increase their revenues and profits, and maximize their ROI with Monster.     Essential Functions:   Manage existing customer accounts and a sales territory that is made up of mid sized staffing firms that on average spend between $30,000 and $100,000 per year with Monster. Territory will consist of approximately 40-60 accounts Identify upsell opportunities within those accounts & expand the portfolio to exceed quarterly/yearly quota assignments Create and manage pipeline through Karma and weekly reporting to management Monitor account production and usage trends Identify account trends and training needs to maximize the ROI of Monster Focus on retention, with a goal of 100% renewals of accounts Meet regularly with accounts in person, with additional communication via the telephone and email Resolve customer complaints/issues in conjunction with customer service Cultivate relationships at all levels within the account from user to executive Perform ROI analysis to demonstrate Monster’s value vs their investment and vs the competition Develop executive summary of Monster usage/review quarterly with decision maker Work with customer relations and other sales channel partners to support customers and penetrate account base for new business opportunities   Qualifications:   Must have 3-5 years of ‘consultative’, large account, sales experience. Candidate would ideally have worked in, or sold to, staffing companies Must have experience in managing a yearly quota of $3 million or more 30-40% travel required – mostly within a regional territory.  Would ideally be located within 30 miles of a Monster Worldwide office.  Is able to make presentations to large groups, and/or key executives Proficient in Word/Excel/Power Point and in using the Internet Has a demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and quotas College Degree strongly preferred.
