Office Coordinator

We are looking for an Office Coordinator Professional who must be able to handle any and all office duties. The duties are including:

- Monitoring and following up on voicemails
- Monitoring and following up on emails
- Processing incoming & outgoing mail and Fed Ex packages
- Monitoring AbleCRM Service Queue
- Reconciling Bank Accounts - Total of 4
- Enter A/P Invoices, Process Checks
- Enter A/R Invoices, Process Credit Card Payments, Process Bank Deposits, Send out Invoices, Collection Calls
- Credit Card Processing
- Processing Payroll, Checks, Deposits, Taxes
- Answering calls, including Consumer calls
- Nortel Network Phone System care and programming
- Cash Management
- Handling Customer Calls, verifying all calls entered, messages have been taken down and entered, calls Q.C'd, Inquiries addressed, letters and retrieval packages sent out, and processing monthly reports.
- QuickBooks a +, but not required
- Must be well versed in consumer relations, knowledgable in the customer service field and must be comfortable being on the phones and computers.
