Job Summary:

Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to work with creative and motivated people. As an assistant for this growing internet company, you will be responsible for managing the office, working the front office & back office, answering phones, greeting clients & vendors and providing support in daily and weekly tasks that are crucial to the smooth-functioning of the office and executives.

Responsibilities:

•  Office management & support

•  Executive Assitant - Supporting 4 executives

•  Handle inbound and outbound emails, phone calls

•  Handle calendars, vacations, meetings, travel and expenses for the group

•  Coordinating and managing internal company events

•  Organize and order supplies

•  Photocopying, filing and distribution of reports as required

•  Other data entry and administrative tasks as required

•  Must have professional demeanor

•  Must have a "go getter" attitude and eagerness to "jump in" and take charge

Qualifications:

•  Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)

•  Strong Internet research skills

•College degree preferred

•  Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative, reception or front office

•  Strong organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

•  Self-starter and highly motivated

•  Must take initiative and possess good follow-through skills

•  Excellent organizational and aggressive follow-up skills required

•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced and intense environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

•  Must have strong “people” skills and ability to interface with all levels of management

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•  Must be a team player

•  Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and professional at all times
